Our cleaning services are provided on a scheduled basis as requested by the client. All bookings made through our Book Now page or by phone/email are considered service requests until confirmed. Final pricing is determined only after an in-person estimate.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are free of charge. Prices depend on the size, condition, and specific needs of each home. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if additional services are requested or if the home’s condition differs from the information provided at booking.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time. We ask that personal items and clutter be removed where possible so our team can clean effectively.

5. Liability

While we take great care when cleaning, Prestige Home Cleaning by Sarah is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or improper installation of fixtures, appliances, or furnishings.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during booking or estimate.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information you provide, such as your name, address, and contact details, will only be used for scheduling and providing services. For more details, please see our link here.

8. Modifications
